Housing Stability Assistance
Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County has several programs and services designed to help people with lower incomes find and maintain safe, stable housing. Renters can work with HUD*-certified housing counselors to develop housing budgets, determine eligibility for financial assistance, navigate their leasing process, and more. For people experiencing homelessness, referrals for our Rapid Rehousing program are provided by our partners.

Funding is available to provide a one-time payment for eligible households that need help getting caught up on late rent or paying the security deposit and first month of rent after approved to move in.
