2023-2025 Strategic Plan

Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County's (CAP-HC's) 2023-2025 Strategic Plan will shape the agency's actions over the next three years. The Strategic Plan also ensures that CAP-HC's overall strategy and program goals are responsive to community voices and needs. Additionally, staff leadership will use the plan to inform our 2023, 2024, and 2025 Action Plans, ensuring measurable progress toward outlined focus areas.
