2023-2025 Strategic Plan

Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County’s (CAP-HC’s) 2023-2025 Strategic Plan ensures that CAP-HC’s organizational goals are responsive to community needs.

Staff leadership will use the plan to inform our 2023, 2024, and 2025 work plans to keep us on track for measurable progress in each focus area outlined in the strategic plan.
