Current Job Openings 

  • Responsible for providing human resources leadership across CAP-HC and organizing all human resources activities of the organization, including benefits administration; employee relations; policy implementation; and employee onboarding, training, and development. This position also provides consultation to management as a member of the Leadership Team, serves as an employee champion, assesses and communicates HR needs, and seeks creative solutions.

  • Responsible for handling incoming phone calls for the Energy Assistance Program (EAP), providing assistance with completing EAP applications, and providing internal and external referrals to households with low income who need assistance with their home energy costs.
    This position is classified as temporary/seasonal (September-May).

  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing housing counseling programs that provide information and guidance through group education and individual counseling that supports participants in developing solutions to their housing goals, as renters or future homebuyers.

  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing the Vehicle Repair Program done through the oversight of case management and/or assessment. This position also oversees the direct services to improve participant financial wellness and stability.

  • Responsible for conducting client intakes and assessments, providing assistance with completing applications, and providing internal and external referrals for essential services delivery at agency and partner sites.
    This position is classified as temporary/seasonal (January-September).

  • Responsible for key functions within the accounting area including accounts payable, payroll, and grant accounting.
