Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accounting and Compliance Manager is responsible for serving as a team leader in the finance department and ensuring the organization complies with grant awards and creates accurate and timely financial records. The role also ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, allocating, reconciling, consolidating, and entering transactions. Analyzes financial information and summarizes financial status.
The Receptionist has the primary responsibility for assisting clients and visitors entering the reception area, in a professional and friendly manner. Responsible for answering and managing the main phone line and directing the caller to the appropriate department.
The Intake, Assessment, and Referral Specialist has primary responsibility for conducting client intake interviews and assessments and providing assistance with completing applications and providing internal and external referrals for essential services delivery at agency and partner sites.
Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Staff Accountant will work with the Senior Accountant on key functions within the accounting area, including accounts payable, payroll and grant accounting.
