CAP of Hennepin County Water Assistance Program

Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County's (CAP-HC’s) Water Assistance Program helps residents pay their past-due water bills and related charges. 

1. Current demand for Water Assistance has exceeded our funding capacity. Applications received/postmarked by Oct. 18 will be processed in order of date received. Beginning Oct. 19, the program will be paused until spring of 2025.
2. If you need assistance while our program is paused, please apply for assistance online through MNbenefits.mn.gov or call 612-596-1900.
