Expanded Access Across Hennepin County

Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAP-HC) completed our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan earlier this year. One focus area in the plan is accessibility, and one consideration around accessibility is where our offices are located in relation to our clients and people with lower incomes. We have created a plan to provide greater geographic access to the services we offer at CAP-HC by adding locations across Hennepin County.

Bloomington Office Now Open

To provide easier access to our programs and services for people with lower incomes in southern Hennepin County, we have opened a new Bloomington location in the Loffler Building:
1101 East 78th Street, Suite 110
Bloomington, MN 55420

All of our programs and services are supported here. Community members can speak with a CAP-HC staff member in suite 110 Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (except holidays).

New Brooklyn Park Office

To provide easier access to our programs and services for people with lower incomes in northern Hennepin County, we have opened a new Brooklyn Park location in the Triad Building:
7101 Northland Circle N, Suite 123
Brooklyn Park, MN 55428

This location is our new main office, and all of our programs and services are supported here. Community members can speak with a CAP-HC staff member in suite 123 Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (except holidays). Our office in St. Louis Park is closed as of August 25.
