Energy Assistance
You might spend as much as 25% of your income on utility bills. Get help with your gas and electric bills through our Energy Assistance Program.
Vehicle Repair
With our Vehicle Repair Program, you can get help paying for vehicle repairs so you can have safe and reliable transportation to work.
Rental Assistance
We provide a one-time payment for eligible households so you can get caught up on rent or get help toward a security deposit.
Water Assistance
Behind on your water bills? Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County can help you pay down your balance.
Tax Filing Resources
Need help filing your taxes? Free and low-cost tax filing resources are available.
MNsure Application Assistance
Not sure how to complete your MNsure application? We can help you apply so you can access low or no-cost coverage.

Our Employment Readiness Program helps residents with low income find jobs that pay a living wage.

We provide free workshops and counseling to give you the skills to make a budget, manage your money, and reach your financial goals.

Learn all about homeownership and how to make a plan that’s right for you through Homebuyer Workshops and free Homebuyer Counseling.
