A New Look and a Better Experience

For most of 2024, we at Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAP-HC) dedicated ourselves to improving the way we connect with you online. Thanks to insights from key stakeholders, including 181 clients, we identified the most important website upgrades needed to better serve our community. After months of thoughtful evaluation, we’re thrilled to share our new and improved website! The site officially launched on February 4, bringing with it a fresh, modern design that makes accessing essential resources easier than ever.

What’s New?

Our goal was to create a website that is more user-friendly, accessible, and informative—a digital space that truly reflects the needs of the Hennepin County residents we serve. Here’s what’s changed:

Why the Change?

CAP-HC is committed to breaking down barriers for Hennepin County residents seeking resources and support. Whether it’s energy assistance, rental support, financial wellness programs, or employment services, we want to make it as simple as possible for you to find the help you need.

Our website is a crucial tool for connecting people with life-changing resources, and this redesign ensures that it works for you—our community.
