Thank you for your interest in family sponsorship this winter season. Your sponsorship helps Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAP-HC) fulfill our mission of “partnering with community to provide effective and responsive services to reduce the impact of poverty in Hennepin County". Your generosity, support, and partnership are greatly appreciated!

CAP-HC is accepting sponsorship sign ups from October 1 through November 12, 2024. If you need more information about the program before deciding if sponsorship is right for you, please contact Amelia Barkley (abarkley@caphennepin.org).

2. Sponsorship Level and Type

To ensure equitable giving across family size, we ask that each family member receives a donation of at least $75 ($150 minimum for two people). You may be matched with more than one family based on the selected budget range. We will not match sponsors with a family larger than their maximum budget allows.
