Employment Readiness Services
Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County’s (CAP-HC’s) Employment Readiness Services can help you get a living-wage job by providing resume support, interview training, job search assistance, and much more.

Eligibility
You’re eligible for Employment Readiness Services if:
- You live in Hennepin County.
- You’re 18 years of age or older.
- You’re able and willing to work a full-time job.
- You have a household income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level Income Guidelines — see below.

Pick Up an Application in Person
Pick up an application at one of CAP-HC’s offices during office hours.
Collect Required Documents
Provide Proof of the Following:
- The last 30 days of income for all adults in the household, including wages, public benefits, social security, child support, etc. If you haven’t received income in the last 30 days, complete the Verification of Zero Income form on page 7 of the application packet.
- Your household size. Examples include a lease listing all household members, current tax return, or a benefits statement.
- Your Hennepin County address. Examples include a utility bill, benefits statement, or current tax return.
