Employment Readiness Services

Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County’s (CAP-HC’s) Employment Readiness Services can help you get a living-wage job by providing resume support, interview training, job search assistance, and much more.

Eligibility

You’re eligible for Employment Readiness Services if:

  1. You live in Hennepin County.
  2. You’re 18 years of age or older.
  3. You’re able and willing to work a full-time job.
  4. You have a household income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level Income Guidelines — see below.
