Rental Assistance from Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAP-HC) can help you and your family stay in safe and stable housing when you experience a financial crisis.
Application Processing
Current demand for Rental Assistance has exceeded our funding capacity. We are processing applications received or postmarked by August 31 in order that we received them, limited to 20 applications per month.
The Rental Assistance program is now paused until we secure additional funding. If you need assistance while Rental Assistance is paused, please contact one of the following resources:
