Lower Northeast Neighborhoods Association hosts its annual Northeast Park Fest in partnership with Minneapolis Parks and Recreation. There will be entertainment, food, information and community resources. Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County will be on site with information about our suite of more than a dozen programs, including Energy Assistance, Rental Assistance, and Vehicle Repair.
