COVID-19 Emergency Rent Assistance

If you have experienced hardship due to the pandemic and need help paying your rent or utility bills, you may be eligible for COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance. Go to RentHelpMN.org for information of how to apply.

United Way 211 may also provide housing and shelter resources for residents. Please call 2-1-1 or visit their website


CAP-HC Grants for Emergency Rental Assistance

CAP-HC has limited funding to provide emergency rental assistance to households with past-due rent or in need of deposit assistance when unable to access other mainstream resources.
