If you have experienced hardship due to the pandemic and need help paying your rent or utility bills, you may be eligible for COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance. Go to RentHelpMN.org for information of how to apply.
United Way 211 may also provide housing and shelter resources for residents. Please call 2-1-1 or visit their website.
CAP-HC Grants for Emergency Rental Assistance
CAP-HC has limited funding to provide emergency rental assistance to households with past-due rent or in need of deposit assistance when unable to access other mainstream resources.
Tenant Education Workshops
These FREE workshops will answer your questions regarding your rights and responsibilities as a renter, how fair housing laws protect you, how affordable housing is calculated, the importance of insurance, and more.
