In this webinar-style class, we will talk all about the services offered at financial institutions (banks or credit unions), how to set up and manage your own checking and savings accounts, and using a basic budget. We will have a Q & A Session to wrap it up at the end.

If you have been the victim of identity theft or fraud at any time, this class is for you. We will learn about how identity theft happens, and how you can prevent it and protect your identity and assets through a variety of strategies. Short Q & A will follow the presentation.


Budgeting Basics – Money Management

May 18, 6-8:30pm

In this  webinar style class, we will talk all about the basic building blocks of starting a budget, managing your budget and sticking to it, and finding ways to create more savings or cut spending month to month. We will have a Q & A Session to wrap it up at the end. 


Debt Management Skills

May 27, 6-8:30pm

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have faced unexpected crises, and may be struggling to keep up with their bills and find themselves in greater debt. In this class, we will learn different strategies for managing debt in crisis and unexpected circumstances, and discuss types of debt management, including: student debt, medical debt, and high cost debt. We will have a Q & A Session to wrap it up at the end.
