COVID-19 Assistance & Resources

Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAP-HC) has new and expanded services for households experiencing COVID-19 related hardships.

COVID-19 Assistance Programs

Transportation Assistance Program

CAP-HC is offering local transportation assistance to households that have experienced a financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Once approved, assistance is provided in the form of a $100 gas card or Metro Transit card.

Vehicle Repair Assistance Program

CAP-HC's Vehicle Repair Assistance Program addresses the high cost of vehicle repairs by providing income-eligible clients with financial assistance toward auto repairs to ensure their vehicle is safe and reliable. Households experiencing a COVID-19 related hardship are eligible for additional financial assistance for auto repairs.
